Accessibility statement

We serve adults with disabilities, and we want this website to work for everyone who visits it. Last reviewed October 1, 2026.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We review the legal and contractual accessibility requirements that apply to us separately, and we welcome reports of any barrier. We consider accessibility part of every update, not a one-time project.

What we've done

  • Text and interface colors chosen and checked to meet AA contrast.
  • Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to content" link.
  • One main heading per page, headings in order, and landmarks and form labels that make sense to screen readers.
  • Form errors explained in text, not only by color, and announced to assistive technology.
  • Touch targets of at least 44 pixels, and layouts that work at 200% zoom and on small screens.
  • Animation reduced for visitors who ask their device for less motion.
  • Checklists that print cleanly, for anyone who prefers paper.

Known limitations

  • The spam check on our forms is provided by Cloudflare. If it gets in your way, email us instead and we'll respond the same way.
  • Links to research and regulations go to other websites, whose accessibility we don't control.
